Description :	Croix-reliquaire à double traverse aux extrémités fleuronnée. Au centre, reliquaire de la Vraie Croix. Ame de bois recouverte de plaques de cuivre et d'argent doré décorées de filigranes et de soixante-six pierres taillées, dont trois intailles antiques. Le revers est formé de plaques de cuivre rouge gravées de losanges, et de fleurs épanouies dans les fleurons des extrémités. La croix-reliquaire est munie d'un pied façonné à l'identique, et rangée dans une boîte recouverte de cuir, du 19e siècle.

Historique :	La croix-reliquaire du 13e siècle a été déposée, avec son pied et sa boîte de rangement du 19e siècle, au musée du trésor de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Château-Thierry par convention du 20 octobre 2010 entre la commune de Crouttes-sur-Marne, propriétaire, et l'Association Arts et Histoire de Château-Thierry (n° de dépôt D 2010.6.1).
