Description :	L'oeuvre est en chêne peint polychrome. La statuette possède un revers plat légèrement incurvé, non peint laissant apparaître les traces des outils du sculpteur. Ce revers conserve au niveau du dos un crochet pourvu d'un cadenas et d'une chaîne. L'oeuvre a été sculptée dans un tronc d'arbre. Le marteau que tient saint Eloi est un élément rapporté
